A funded Government of Canada program to build a distributed network of northern hubs, nodes, transportation links, logistics, infrastructure, pre-positioned resources, and scalable multi-modal support so the Canadian Armed Forces can respond faster, remain longer, and operate more effectively across the Arctic while creating dual-use benefits where feasible.
