123 Enclave combines ThinkOn's Canadian-controlled cloud with 123 Cyber's compliance services for defence and security suppliers. The advertised environment provides encrypted storage, audit logging, vulnerability scanning and compliance reporting, supporting controlled data sharing, email and compliance documentation. The launch material describes Canadian hosting operated by security-cleared personnel.

The broader Marketplace model also offers rented shared capacity in Kingston Commissionaires physical environments alongside cloud and compliance tooling. This allows a customer to scope a combination of workspace, infrastructure and support rather than build every component internally. Provider and customer responsibilities still need to be allocated within that configuration.
