How it works
AuditPrep is a guided SaaS workflow for preparing policies and implementation evidence for review. The Digital Governance Council lists it against CAN/DGSI 104, CPCSC Level 1 and CMMC Level 1 requirements. Users work through policy guidance, attach evidence to the relevant controls and export the resulting policies and evidence as a consolidated audit file.
The practical role is to organize what an organization says it does and the records supporting those statements, so an assessor can review them together. 123 Marketplace describes collaboration with the Digital Governance Council and an auditor-facing validation workflow. Using the software does not itself certify the organization or guarantee that its evidence will satisfy an assessor.
The DGC listing displays a $1,500–$2,500 range. It does not establish the currency, billing period or exact package in the reviewed material, so those terms should be confirmed with the supplier.
