About Novamera
Ontario mining-technology company developing Surgical Mining, an integrated hardware, software, and services approach for selectively extracting narrow-vein deposits with a smaller surface and waste footprint than conventional bulk mining.
Operating context
Novamera combines subsurface electromagnetic sensing, orebody modelling and adaptive planning with conventional drilling to target deposits that are difficult to develop through bulk mining. Its commercialization evidence is project-specific. At Cam Copper, partner Northstar reports reimbursed development expenditure and work on geology, metallurgy, permitting and engineering with Novamera and Micon; this supports an active deployment pathway rather than completed production. A separate RZOLV agreement now examines whether selective extraction can feed smaller modular non-cyanide recovery systems. That collaboration begins with technical evaluation and sample criteria. Federal DIGITAL support provides a further development anchor, while geology, permits and processing compatibility remain decisive for each site.
