About Cyclic Materials
Canadian critical-minerals company recovering rare-earth elements and other materials from end-of-life products through mechanical separation and hydrometallurgical refining.
Operating context
Cyclic's Canadian position spans rare-earth recovery process development and a Kingston hydrometallurgical hub, while its first commercial spoke facility opened in Mesa, Arizona in September 2026. Its current technology portfolio extends beyond recovering magnet-rich fractions to refining and metallization, with named rare-earth oxides and metals for downstream alloy and permanent-magnet manufacturers. NRCan now records the Kingston demonstration extended-operations project as completed in March 2026. Solvay's commercial supply agreement provides a concrete downstream separation route for recycled mixed rare-earth oxide. These are distinct stages of the value chain: demonstration completion, feedstock recovery, separation and metal production should not be collapsed into a claim that every product is supplied at commercial Canadian scale.
