Evidence of maturity
ISED records Canadian Army testing and operational validation of predecessor KILO from August 2023 to February 2024 plus a later Additional Sale for integration work. FULCRUM was independently observed in a NATO REPMUS 2025 demonstration, but public evidence does not establish exact KILO-to-FULCRUM configuration equivalence, fleet fielding or accepted operational performance.
Commercial availability
FULCRUM is TACTIQL's current public product and predecessor KILO remains listed in the federal Pathway to Commercialization. Public sources do not disclose standard configurations, pricing, licensing, lead times, security accreditation or independently confirmed procurement availability.
