OneView turns thermal and other machine-vision inputs into digital inspection records and inline decisions. Edge devices execute configurable models near the process and communicate results to PLCs and operator HMIs; OneView Cloud manages monitoring and analysis across installations. The platform supports multiple camera families rather than a single fixed sensor. Its practical value is process visibility and traceability, with detection performance determined by the part, thermal contrast, camera selection and commissioned model.

Use & integration
Recorded applications
Thermal quality inspection of molded and welded parts
Equipment and manufacturing-process temperature monitoring
Digital inspection traceability across production lines
These describe the reviewed application scope, not confirmed deployments, released requirements or procurement eligibility.
Evidence of maturity
Commercially offered industrial inspection platform. Eigen publishes named Nucor weld-inspection and Sappi paper-monitoring cases; OnLogic separately documents the industrial-computer integration. The named cases are vendor-published, with no customer-issued acceptance protocol or source-reported TRL identified.
Commercial availability
Available through company consultation, virtual or on-site demonstration and process-specific commissioning.
Integration and verification
Readiness
A technology readiness level is not established by the reviewed public sources.
Reviewed connections
No reviewed Mission area or released Defence need connection is currently published.
Original sources 6 linked records
These records support this capability and its published Mission area and Defence need connections. A source count is not a count of independent confirmations.

Eigen names Nucor in a metal-grating weld-inspection case. It describes an industrial PC combining thermal weld images and welder data, with a machine-learning model flagging heat-signature variation. This is vendor-published implementation evidence, not customer-issued acceptance or a universal weld-quality guarantee.

Eigen names Sappi in a specialty-paper case: thermal cameras detect variation associated with streaks and coating build-up; monitors alert operators and an interlock unloads equipment after significant build-up. Its $1M-plus savings claim across three factories is supplier-reported, with no published test method or customer financial verification.
