How it works
FTG supplies high-reliability printed circuit boards, cockpit controls and avionics hardware through its Circuits and Aerospace businesses. Circuits' processes include rigid boards, high-density interconnects, RF constructions, thermal management and rigid-flex. Aerospace products range from illuminated controls, switch panels and display bezels to integrated control-panel line-replaceable units, alongside wireless quick-access recorders, weather sensors and SATCOM radios.
For cockpit products, FTG describes incandescent, LED and electroluminescent illumination, colour and NVIS filtering, integrated controls and optical, functional and environmental testing. Panel assemblies can use commercial or military component grades, with enclosed or open construction according to shielding and integration needs. Simulator-only panels are explicitly distinguished from flightworthy configurations; a training panel does not inherit aircraft qualification from the broader catalogue.
Integrated units can combine microcontrollers or FPGAs, embedded software and firmware, EMC/EMI bus design, fault-tolerant power and built-in tests around customer size, weight and power requirements. Chassis work is offered as build-to-print or turnkey manufacture, from subassemblies through component procurement and final integration, with in-circuit and functional-test development. Listed construction routes include sheet metal, riveting, brazing, casting and machining, with conformal-coating options.
The qualification evidence is tied to sites and products. Toronto Aerospace's AS9100:D/ISO 9001:2015 certificate covers its stated design, manufacture, assembly and service scope. DLA QPL-7788 requalification applies to the listed products from 10 Commander Boulevard through June 9, 2028; it does not waive contract requirements or automatically cover changed designs and processes. Lockheed Martin's F-35 account separately identifies Circuits Toronto's PCB supply role. Canadian operations also include Calgary avionics, while other group sites have their own capabilities and approval paths.

Evidence of maturity
Established manufacturing business with reported product revenue, a counterparty-confirmed Circuits Toronto F-35 role and site-specific Aerospace quality and QPL records. Qualification is product- and facility-dependent; Hyderabad's June 2026 opening preceded its announced certification, customer-approval and production ramp.
Commercial availability

Source details
Source type: official company product
Supports: Capability · summary
FTG describes populated control-panel assemblies with commercial versus military component grades and optional NVG filters. Enclosed construction can provide EMI and foreign-object protection; open builds suit components without shielding needs. These options do not alone establish completed flight qualification.
