CME provides vessel construction, refit, repair, machining and fabrication through Canadian regional facilities. Port Alberni advertises a 450-ton railway and two 75-ton synchrolifts, alongside a separate 400-metric-ton Travelift unveiled in July 2026; Victoria offers alongside work. Engineering services include stability studies, docking and repair plans, machine design and lift/load-test engineering. Buyer-confirmed Coast Guard refits establish operating experience; suitability and acceptance remain tied to the named yard and work package.
