Borealis Manufacturing offers prototype and production machining, fabrication and engineering assistance from Chilliwack. The service accepts finished drawings, 3D models or existing parts for reverse engineering. Its published CNC envelope is 30 × 30 × 16 inches for milling and 14-inch swing by 30 inches between centres for turning, with live-tool mill-turning available.
Customers agree tolerances and delivery per job. Parts are measured against the drawing before shipment; some finishing and structural or pressure-rated welding requirements use outside specialists. These are company-stated service capabilities, with certification and acceptance documentation to be specified for the actual job.
