How it works
BCI offers multi-axis palletised machining, probing and DFM assistance for customer-defined components, with vacuum EB joining of dissimilar metals and secondary finishing/assembly processes. EB qualification includes assembly-specific schedules, first-off microscopic analysis, dedicated tooling and recorded actual parameters. Nuclear scopes and the Schomberg machining quality system have separate site/process limits. OPG documents historical Darlington Unit 2 component delivery.
