Core features
- CAD modelling, drafting, laminate schedules, assembly/joint design and reverse engineering
- Mechanical, thermal, modal and buckling FEA with laminate optimization, ply draping and bonded/fastener-joint analysis
- Material/process selection, processing trials, test selection/data interpretation, process specifications and inspection plans
- Hand layup and wet-bag, infusion and prepreg processing, followed by trimming and assembly
- Custom engineered or build-to-print prototypes and production using carbon fibre, fibreglass, biofibres or aramid
