How it works
ExoShield applies Alchemy's nanoceramic coating technology to transparent windshield protection films. The construction combines a protective hardcoat, flexible film substrate and adhesive. Product materials and installation routes vary: GT3+ and ULTRA use PET, while SPRINT uses TPU. GT3+ serves passenger vehicles through certified installers; ULTRA addresses off-road and industrial uses, with selected DIY products also available for off-road or flat-glass applications.
ULTRA Pro uses 8-mil PET in vehicle-specific kits that arrive pre-cut and pre-shrunk, reducing the shaping work required at installation. Alchemy's September 23, 2026 announcement expanded the range to 17 kits covering 40+ vehicle models, including GM pickups and SUVs and Ineos fitments. ULTRA Pro carries a three-year limited warranty subject to its terms.
