aiRadar’s V-band MMI family separates array size and computing resources across three models. The manufacturer lists MMI-100, MMI-200 and MMI-400 with 64, 128 and 256 elements respectively, masses below 3.2, 6.9 and 10.7 kg, and maximum power consumption below 125, 250 and 500 W. Listed storage is 2, 4 and 8 TB. All include an inertial measurement unit; the table specifies integrated GNSS for MMI-100 and dual GNSS for MMI-200 and MMI-400.
Processing configurations serve different radar tasks. aiRadar describes conventional AESA operation with elevation interferometry and moving-target indication, or synthetic-aperture imaging with a stated 5 cm resolution and associated interferometric, surface-model and moving-target functions. Electronic scanning extends to ±45 degrees, and the company describes micro-Doppler analysis. These are supplier specifications for selectable configurations, not a demonstration that every mode operates simultaneously.
The chosen mode, navigation inputs, host motion, power and mounting must be considered together. The published model table gives useful physical limits but does not provide a common detection range or independently verified field-performance envelope.

Evidence of maturity
The MMI family has published model specifications. NRC’s separate 12-channel research-radar procurement, awarded November 30, 2021, totals CAD 525,448.87 including its amendment, with a term through March 31, 2026. ISC contract CW2448053 funds QEMSRN R&D through March 5, 2027. Neither record establishes operational quantum-enhanced capability across the MMI range.
Commercial availability
aiRadar presents MMI hardware and integration by configuration. Model choice and operating mode determine the payload envelope and integration work; QEMSRN remains a separate funded development activity. Public production rates and configuration-specific delivery commitments are not supplied.

V-band MMI radars can be configured for scanned-array AESA with elevation interferometry/MTI or synthetic-aperture imaging, with manufacturer-stated 5 cm SAR resolution. MMI-100/200/400 have respectively 64/128/256 elements, mass below 3.2/6.9/10.7 kg and maximum consumption below 125/250/500 W; capabilities include ±45-degree scanning and micro-Doppler analysis.
