Vimy Forge is a Fredericton defence and dual-use accelerator helping SMEs address operational requirements, validation and market pathways. Its March 2026–March 2027 cycle combines four sprints, residency weeks, mentoring and in-kind support without taking equity. Applications are closed.
Operating context
ACOA announced CAD997,000 through RDII to support the accelerator, and Mitacs later reported an MOU for research talent/commercialization. Those mechanisms do not guarantee contracts or participant funding. The launch listed ten cohort businesses while the current site lists nine; the reason is unresolved.
