Quantacet invests at pre-seed and seed in quantum technologies and their enabling systems, seeking ventures with a credible path to global commercialization. Its public portfolio spans computing, photonics, sensing and related hardware, including Nord Quantique, Femtum, Irreversible, SBQuantum and Phantom Photonics. A concrete co-investment example comes from SBQuantum: the company announced a US$4 million seed round in April 2026 led by Quantonation and Quantacet with Investissement Québec participating. That amount belongs to the whole round, not to Quantacet alone. The fund describes technical and market expertise, help attracting other investors and access to the quantum ecosystem.
