PacifiCan delivers BC defence supply-chain support through RDII, but the current program page says applications are not being accepted. Published business criteria include Canadian incorporation, at least two years of operations, staffed BC facilities and, for technology projects, at least TRL 5. The $67.5 million BC allocation covers a multi-year program rather than a single award; business contributions are repayable and published project amounts range from $100,000 to $10 million. Projects must finish by March 31, 2028. The agency's March 2026 announcement of $13.8 million for five projects provides evidence of delivery, while its old April application deadline should not be used as current guidance. Confirm any reopening directly before preparing a submission.
