About KF Aerospace
Canadian aerospace company providing aircraft maintenance, modification, training and special-mission support.
Operating context
KF Aerospace provides aircraft engineering, modification and training support with concrete 2026 delivery milestones. It reports Transport Canada STC SA25-72 for a Boeing 737-800 Combi conversion combining five cargo pallet positions with 90 passenger seats, using AEI cargo-door technology and KF structural, fire-protection and smoke-containment engineering. Separately, the first CT-153 Juno reached Southport and received government acceptance under SkyAlyne’s FAcT programme. KF acquired the fleet for its joint venture with CAE and supplies engineering, airworthiness and site support; Canadian Helicopters handles maintenance and rotary-wing training support. Aircraft acceptance and train-the-trainers activity precede the complete student-training transition.
