Operating context
DEW designs new shelters and refurbishes existing systems as integrated deployable workspaces, including command posts, clinics, kitchens and maintenance workshops. Its ten- and twenty-foot rigid and expandable family includes 28 MSVS role variants and can combine power, HVAC and mission equipment. The current page specifies operation from -40 to +50 C, while an older brochure gives -46 to +50 C for its described configuration. That difference should be settled against the ordered design and acceptance evidence. DEW’s brochure also distinguishes purpose-manufactured structures from repurposed commercial containers and describes intermodal and military-hooklift compatibility.
