Alacrity Canada is a Victoria-based non-profit accelerator that delivers venture-growth, export, technology commercialization and Canadian market-entry programs for entrepreneurs and growth-oriented businesses. Its published program portfolio includes Advanced Pathways for Export. APEX offers six-month export-growth cohorts for BC SMEs, with optional follow-on advisory support. ARC Lab adds a six-month defence and dual-use readiness programme covering procurement literacy, Controlled Goods and cybersecurity preparation, interoperability, capital planning and export strategy. Training applications are offered publicly; the separate wrap-around ARC Services track is by invitation. These services prepare companies for market entry without themselves awarding certification or contracts.
