Operating context
The Aerial Evolution Association of Canada is a national, member-driven not-for-profit for Canada's remotely piloted and unmanned-aircraft ecosystem. It convenes industry, academia, government and military stakeholders and gives members access to regulatory-policy work, research, webinars, events, networking and student-program sponsorship. It is an association and convener rather than a drone supplier, customer or procurement authority. Transport Canada identifies RPAS 101 as an educational resource co-developed with AEAC. The association also advertises a November 3–5, 2026 industry conference at ICAO headquarters in Montreal, providing a dated convening route. Training materials and conference participation do not confer pilot licensing or operational authorization.
