How it works
Stelia North America provides design/build and build-to-print composite engineering and manufacturing from Lunenburg and a separate Mirabel composites site. Processes include prepreg and dry-fabric lay-up, resin-transfer moulding, wet filament winding, autoclave and out-of-autoclave curing, and five-axis trim/drill tooling. Its current portfolio identifies F-35 inserts and fuselage panels, C-130J saddle fairings, CH-53K oil-cooler ducts, satellite structures and reflectors, and composite pressure vessels.
