How it works
ISARA separates post-quantum software integration from cryptographic discovery and migration planning. Radiate is a developer library offered in Embedded and Standard variants; its June 2026 version 4.1 guide documents ML-DSA signatures and ML-KEM key encapsulation. Advance inventories cryptographic configurations and prioritizes exposure and remediation. NICT’s April 2026 account describes a TOPPAN/ISARA smart-card testbed using a second crypto-agile root certificate to maintain authentication during migration. That proof of concept does not establish a general production deployment.
