Coastal describes UAV and AI-enabled surveillance platforms in development. Its July 2026 AEROVISTA letter of intent proposes distribution, Canadian manufacturing technology transfer, training and lifecycle support, subject to definitive agreements. Lake Central’s subsequent acquisition announcement places Coastal within the planned Valkyrie Aerospace business and describes intended UAV production transfer to Muskoka. The inspected sources establish a development and industrialization pathway, rather than independently verified aircraft performance, completed domestic production or customer acceptance.
